David C. Dickey is a California attorney with experience in juvenile dependency litigation, dependency appeals, and special education advocacy. His practice is grounded in a commitment to helping families understand complex systems and protect their rights.
At Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers, Inc., he represented parents in juvenile court proceedings involving allegations of abuse or neglect, removal, reunification, visitation, and parental rights. His courtroom work included contested matters and trials. He was assigned to a dedicated ICWA courtroom.
